HIVISION is an integrated company of industry and trade. We have specializing in designing & manufacturing glasses since 2006.
How many production lines in HIVISION's factory?
HIVISION's production lines including metal, titanium, acetate, injection (TR and Ultem).
What products does HIVISION mainly produce and sell?
We mainly produce and supply kinds of optical frames, sunglasses, reading glasses,etc.
Can I customize my own design at HIVISION?
Of course, customization is at the core of HIVISION's service. Our experienced designers will help realize your vision, to personalize colors and styles. We are ODM not only OEM.
What is MOQ of HIVISION?
For custom orders, 150~200pcs/color,450~600pcs/Model（Metal & Acetate);300pcs/color, 900pcs/Model（Injection).
For ready-to-ship stock, there is no requirment of MOQ.
How long is HIVISION's delivery time?
New oder 90~120 days, reorder 70~90 days.
What is your terms of payment?
We require a 30% deposit to initiate the order, with the remaining 70% due prior to shipment.
What is HIVISION's sample policy?
Ready sample can be provided without cost, but need to be returned in 2~3 months. Customized sample depends on oder qty, we can return sample cost on bulk.
Does HIVISION attend the optical fair to show products?
Sure, HIVISION attends all the major optical fairs every year, including MIDO, SILMO, HK international optical fair,etc. We will share our newest eyewear collections as well as creative ideas.
Does HIVISION have any certification for products?
Yes. HIVISION Eyewear meets global standards (including GRS, ISCC, ISO 9011, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9011, ISO 13485).
Does HIVISION test all the goods before delivery?
Yes, HIVISION ensures that all products undergo thorough testing before delivery. Our dedicated quality control team conducts comprehensive inspections and rigorous tests, such as sweat testing, fatigue resistance testing, tensile testing, and drop ball testing, to guarantee that every product meets our high standards of reliability and quality. This ensures that our customers receive only the best products that meet or exceed industry standards.
