Q: How many Staffs in your Company?
A: Our Company is located in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China with 500 staffs. We aim to establish long-term friendly partnership with our customers, while provide long-lasting values to help them grow stably and rapidly.
Q: Does HIVISION attend the optical fair to show products?
A: Sure, HIVISION attends all the major optical fairs every year, including MIDO, SILMO, HK international optical fair,etc. We will share our newest eyewear collections as well as creative ideas.
Q: Does HIVISION have any certification for products?
A: Yes. HIVISION Eyewear meets global standards (including GRS, ISCC, ISO 9011, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9011, ISO 13485).

Q: What’s your main products?
A: HIVISION's production lines including metal, titanium, acetate, cp,injection (TR and Ultem).We mainly produce and supply kinds of optical frames, sunglasses, reading glasses,etc.
Q: What are the lens materials?
A: Usually we have the following different lens materials to match our frames: Acrylic lens (demo lens for optical frames),PC lens, CR-39 lens, Nylon lens, Polarized lens.

Q: What is MOQ of HIVISION?
A: For custom orders, 150~200pcs/color,450~600pcs/Model（Metal & Acetate),200-300pcs/color, 900pcs/Model（Injection).
For ready-to-ship stock, there is no requirment of MOQ.

Q: How long is HIVISION's delivery time?
A: New order 90~120 days, reorder 70~90 days.
Q: What is HIVISION's sample policy?
A: Ready sample can be provided without cost, but need to be returned in 2~3 months. Customized sample depends on order qty, we can return sample cost on bulk.
Q: Can I customize my own design at HIVISION?
A: Of course, customization is at the core of HIVISION's service. Our experienced designers will help realize your vision, to personalize colors and styles. We are ODM not only OEM.
