A high-quality eyewear frame is shaped not only by precision carving, but also by rigorous cleaning. As an integrated manufacturer, we apply a standardized 6-stage ultrasonic process to eliminate every trace of industrial residue. From scratch-preventive sorting and constant-temperature dewaxing to deep decontamination, trace-free rinsing, low-temperature drying, and final inspection—each step follows strict standards. At the core, a golden temperature of 32–35℃ with 30–45 seconds of segmented ultrasonic cleaning removes polishing powders, waxes, oils, and fingerprints, while preventing water marks, white spots, and scratches.
